Shepherd’s Path: Assisted Living at Jordan River
We’ve elevated just about every aspect of life at The Farms, from our elegant homes to our farm-to-table, hand-crafted cuisine to our beautiful outdoor living and entertaining spaces. So naturally, Shepherd’s Path reflects this same elevated approach.
Just the right support for an active life
Independence is important to all of us, and our goal is to provide help just where residents need it, while maintaining a sense of self-sufficiency and respect. Our highly-trained staff develops individual service plans that help us better address the specific needs and preferences of each resident.
Beauty at every turn
Our studio suites and one- and two-bedroom apartments feature many of the same great design and high-end finishes and fixtures featured in our independent living apartments, and come in a variety of floor plans with custom interiors, spacious kitchenettes, full-size refrigerators, luxurious private bathrooms and large walk-in closets.
Common areas at Shepherd’s Path are designed to feel open and welcoming, and feature layouts emphasizing natural light, custom artwork on walls throughout the living area, large common living rooms with oversized TVs and comfortable seating for easy conversation, layouts that easily accommodate mobility with and without devices, and much more. Whether you’re watching a movie, an important game with friends, or enjoying dinner with family, we believe it’s important to feel at home and to spend time in a place that fosters interaction.

Located adjacent to the lobby, the Performing Arts Center was designed to increase resident interaction and learning, encourage spiritual development, and serve as a place to host family events.
