Landon Homes will serve as the contractor for the garden homes. Landon Homes is a family run business specializing in high quality, custom built homes. They have 30 years of combined building experience. Landon Homes’ mission and values tells their story. Fees

Entrance fees for the homes begin at $350,000 and include Lifecare, as well as the lot and home price. A 50% lot deposit locks in the location for your new home. Lots start at $75,000.
