With floor plans ranging from just under 800 sq. ft. to over 2,000 sq. ft., you’re sure to find an apartment with just the right mix of features and size to fit your lifestyle. Our apartments feature the same level of quality finishes, smart details, and high-end fixtures you see throughout our campus. Plus great features like sunrooms, large bay windows, and great views of the campus, including some apartments overlooking Central Park, one of the most beautiful and popular spots on our property.

With 26 apartment floor plans featured on campus, finding the right match has never been easier. Designs include 1-2 bedroom options with 1.5 to 2.5 baths. These thoughtfully designed homes boast features like master suites, balconies or patios, flexible spaces that can be used for a variety of purposes, plenty of closet space, and much more. Open floor plans that pull together major living and entertaining spaces like the kitchen, living room and dining areas make hosting friends and family more comfortable and enjoyable. And of course on a quiet evening at home, you get to enjoy all the pampering yourself.

For the ultimate in luxury, select an apartment on our Signature Club level. There are three designs to choose from—The Sweetwater, The Orchid, and The Poplar. And all of these top-floor apartments offer the highest level of finishes and fixtures, weekly white glove housekeeping, access to a private lounge with clubroom, and an exclusive Signature-level elevator.

Much like its namesake, Central Park at The Farms is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling community. This expansive outdoor courtyard offers an incredible mix of features, including multiple fire pits with comfortable seating, a dog park to let your furry friends run free, a performance stage, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, and even a lovely covered bar area serving great drinks and good times in equal measure. This is a beautiful space, and it’s easily accessible from all of our apartments here at The Farms. It might just become your favorite spot on campus.
